From May 13th to 15th, SinceVision displayed its full range of products. They engaged with global experts, international businesses, and end-users. The focus was on showing the latest in industrial automation.
SPS Italia 2025 gave SinceVision a great opportunity to meet key industry leaders. It also allowed them to showcase their innovative technologies. The company's booth showcased various demonstrations and tech exchanges. SinceVision's solutions change manufacturing for industries like food, wood, automotive, and consumer electronics.
Key Highlights from the Exhibition
SinceVision showcased its 3D laser profilers. These laser profilers tackle complex inspection and measurement challenges. Here are some of the highlights:
Brand New High-Speed Camera - SHS Series
At SPS Italia 2025, we launched our new SHS Series High-Speed Streaming Camera for the first time. The designers created the SHS Series for Ultra HD imaging. It operates at 2,250 fps with a 1-megapixel resolution and can reach 3,600 fps. This series meets the tough demands of industrial inspection, motion assessment, and scientific research.
Bread Volume Measurement:
The SinceVision SRI8120 3D laser profiler offers precise scanning. It has a Z-axis accuracy of 10μm and scans at 300mm/s. This allows it to capture the natural shape of bread after baking.
This technology measures key metrics such as length-width ratio, surface depression, and volume expansion rate. It maintains an accuracy of within 10μm.
The SRI8120 gives detailed data on bread expansion. This helps manufacturers improve baking, standardize their processes, and reduce defects like collapse and cracking.
Shoe Sole Surface Defect Measurement:
The SRI7240 3D laser profiler finds defects in rubber shoe soles. It can detect bubbles, cracks, and deformation.
The SRI7240 is better than manual inspection. Manual checks are often subjective and can have errors. The SRI7240, yet, uses precise scanning with a 10μm Z-axis and a high frequency of 20kHz. This tool can measure surface defects as small as 0.5mm x 0.5mm x 0.2mm reliably.
This technology helps manufacturers measure inspection data. It also improves production processes and ensures consistent product quality.
Wood Surface Defect Detection and Volume Measurement:
The SRI7300 3D laser profiler is designed for the wood processing industry. It helps detect defects like cracks and tears. It also measures dimensional variations, which are common in this field.
SRI7300 has 20μm Z-axis accuracy and a scanning speed of 2000-20000Hz. It performs full-surface scanning of wood used in applications such as loading and unloading boxes, and furniture.
This system can find defects with a rate of 98% or higher. It inspects 3-meter-long boards in just 5 seconds. By supporting continuous production and increasing processing yield.
Global Reach and Future Vision
The successful conclusion of SPS Italia 2025 marks another milestone in SinceVision's global expansion. The company's commitment to providing high-quality, efficient precision measurement tools has resonated with customers worldwide. Many well-known international enterprises trust SinceVision's products.
SinceVision remains dedicated to increasing investment in technological research and development. The company aims to provide even more advanced precision measurement tools to its global customer base. With a vision for continuous breakthroughs and innovation, SinceVision looks forward to engaging with industry professionals at future exhibitions.
