Live Demonstrations at Booth 6709

1. High-Accuracy Pin Height Detection with the SR9040 3D Laser Profiler

SinceVision will show the SR9040 3D laser profiler in action with a live pin-height detection demo. This system supports critical inspection needs in PCB manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, and precision electronics production. The laser profiler offers micron-level accuracy and quick scanning. This helps manufacturers maintain quality control and boost throughput.

2. Mobile Phone Glass Thickness Measurement Using the SCI04025 Spectral Confocal Sensor

The SCI04025 spectral confocal displacement sensor will be shown in a live demo. This demo will focus on detecting the thickness of mobile phone glass. The sensor uses non-contact spectral confocal sensor. It provides stable and accurate measurements on transparent, reflective, or curved surfaces. It’s ideal for consumer electronics, pharmaceutical packaging, and other fields that need precise thickness analysis.

New Product Preview: Back-Illuminated sCMOS Camera

During SPIE VISION TECH 2026, SinceVision will introduce the newest addition to its high-performance Solis Series sCMOS cameras. The newest model has a back-illuminated sCMOS sensor. This upgrade significantly improves low-light imaging and minimizes noise.

The camera's better quantum efficiency and higher signal-to-noise ratio make it great for biomedical imaging, scientific analysis, and precise industrial inspection. This upcoming launch shows SinceVision’s commitment to advanced photonics. It aims to provide top-notch imaging solutions for industrial and research communities around the globe.

“SPIE VISION TECH is a key moment for us because the demand for high-precision sensing in the United States continues to grow. Our 3D sensor technology plays a crucial role in PCB manufacturing, semiconductor assembly, and the production of advanced electronics. We are committed to supporting U.S. engineers and manufacturers with the accuracy, reliability, and speed needed for next-generation products.”— Jack Li, Global Sales & Marketing Director at SinceVision
