SinceVision Solution
The SinceVision SR7400 3D laser profilometer is used to scan steel components and capture exact 3D profile images. The host computer uses software algorithms to acquire the workpiece and weld seam coordinates, plan the optimal welding path, and issue the welding process parameters. After a brief manual confirmation, the compiled program launches to begin precise robotic welding.
SR Series utilizes 3D precision trajectory guidance technology, enabling welding robots to perform operations accurately on non-standard parts. The system also inspects final welding quality based on multiple process standards.
This provides the steel structure industry with a highly efficient solution for both automated welding guidance and defect detection, helping enterprises improve production capacity, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Broad Industry Applications
Beyond steel structures, the SR Series 3D laser profilometers are widely applied in automated manufacturing, robotic vision, 3D printing, medical devices, and aerospace exploration.
