Job Responsibilities
1. Establish, expand and optimize the regional channel system for scientific research vision products; develop and maintain high-quality agents, distributors and cooperative institutions to achieve channel layout and performance targets.
2. Plan and implement regional scientific research marketing strategies, organize academic docking and industry exchange activities to enhance Sincevision’s brand awareness and influence in European scientific research fields.
3. Research local scientific research market demand, competitor dynamics and industry trends, deliver market analysis and channel strategy suggestions to support regional business planning.
4. Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to provide professional product support for channel partners and customers, and promote the implementation of scientific research projects and in-depth cooperation.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; minimum 5 years of working experience in vision imaging research field.
2. Background from original manufacturers or authorized distributors of brands such as Vision Research, NAC, PCO, Hamamatsu, Tusen, Photron is highly preferred.
3. In-depth understanding of local academic and corporate scientific research market ecology, with mastery of regional scientific research channel resources and market operation models.
4. Excellent market development, business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills, capable of independently conducting overseas business operations.
