Job Description：
Provide online and offline professional technical support for local industrial customers, including product debugging, troubleshooting, application solution consultation and on-site technical services to ensure smooth project implementation.
Deliver systematic product training, application guidance and technical empowerment to local distributors to enhance their technical service capabilities and market competitiveness.
Coordinate with internal R&D, product and supply chain teams to develop localized technical documents including technical manuals, application cases and FAQs.
Collect technical requirements, product issues and market feedback from customers and distributors, and drive internal product optimization and service upgrading.
Support regional sales team in technical communication, solution demonstration and pre-sales technical support for key projects to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in automation, machine vision, optical engineering, electrical & electronics engineering or related STEM majors.
Fluent English as a working language for independent technical communication, training and documentation.
Willing to travel frequently within the region, with independent on-site service and support capabilities.
Familiar with principles and applications of industrial vision / industrial automation products; relevant technical support experience is preferred.
