The uniformity of the film thickness on the surface of these plates directly affects the battery's heat dissipation efficiency, necessitating precise measurement and control of film thickness consistency.

Using SinceVision's SCI04025 spectral confocal displacement sensor, precise detection of film thickness can be achieved. With a sampling frequency of up to 33kHz, a measurement range of 4mm, and repeatability of 0.005mm, the sensor accurately captures film thickness data even during rapid movement of the water-cooled plate.
