Appearance & Full-Dimension Inspection for Lithium Battery Modules with 3D Laser Profiler

SinceVision’s 3D laser profile measurement system uses multi-camera stitched-through-beam scanning to precisely detect surface conditions and dimensional consistency. It thoroughly inspects both the top and bottom covers of each battery module for flatness deviations, profile distortions, and dimensional mismatches within 0.08mm to 0.1mm tolerance ranges.
Simultaneously, it identifies surface defects like dents, bumps, and scratches, helping manufacturers meet strict quality standards while enhancing downstream assembly performance and product reliability.
